R. CALABRESE AGENCY, LLC SELLS CLOSED WENDY'S - NORTH HAVEN, CT

North Haven, CT: Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has completed the sale of a property located at 100 Washington Ave North Haven, CT formerly occupied by  Wendy's Hamburgers. The approximately 2400 square foot fast food restaurant facility was leased by Wendy's franchisee Cedar of New England.  The sale price for the property was $750,000 and purchased by local developer 100 WASHINGTON AVE LLC who will be re-purposing the building.  The seller was ARCAFEHLD001 LLC, a VEREIT, Inc. property.  In the transaction Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency represented both the Buyer and the Seller.
