SMASHBURGER celebrated the grand opening of their fourth restaurant in Connecticut on June 22th. SMASHBURGER menu offers a variety of unique and fresh burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, fries and other tasty sides and hand-spun shakes.
SMASHBURGER’Sthree other locations in Connecticut are located in Manchester, Milford and Waterford. The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the Landlord, West Queen Developers, LLC. Mohegan Southington (SM), LLC the SMASHBURGER franchisee was represented by Peter Levine of Charter Realty and Development Corporation.
The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC also leased 3,000 square feet to Noodles & Company in 2015 and an additional 2,600 square feet to 203-Urgent Care due to open July 2016 in the same plaza.
