R. CALABRESE AGENCY, LLC LEASES 1,350 SQUARE FEET - SOUTHINGTON, CT

SOUTHINGTON, CT….Tony Valenti of The R.Calabrese Agency, LLC recently completed a lease of 1,350 square feet of office space located at 27 Meriden Avenue, Southington, CT.  The building is owned by CAP Investments and was leased to East Coast Air Systems. With other existing locations in Connecticut, East Coast Air Systems Southington’s location will serve as their central CT office. 

 

Following a thorough and protracted search, the Tenant was attracted to the building because of its strategic location, convenient and ample parking, and physical layout of the space which exceeded their requirements. The R. Calabrese Agency was the sole broker involved in this transaction.
