Southington, CT…Tony Valentiand Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC recently announced theopening of ALDI’s Grocery at 785-811 Queen Street, in Southington, CT. Thelong-term ground lease will accommodate a 17,825 square foot grocery market.ALDI’s operates over 1,600 stores in 35 states and employs over 25,000 people.Over 40 million customers a month shop at ALDI’s.

 

Other tenants joining ALDI’s in the newshopping center include Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Go Health Urgent Care, MissionBBQ and Admire Dental. The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the landlord inall the leasing transactions. Over the past three years the R. Calabrese Agencywas responsible for placing Noodles, Smash Burger, Dunkin Donuts and AmericanEagle Credit Union on Queen Street as well as Outback Steakhouse and Chili’sGrill and Bar back in the 1990’s.
