Waterbury, CT: Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a long term leasefor 2,400 square feet of freestanding retail space in Providence, RI. The space leased is located at 391 Douglas Avenue and was formerly occupied by a 7-Eleven. The new tenant in the building is a convenience store retailer owned by Tariq Mahmud, the Landlord is David G. Bazarsky Trustee.
